How do I return a product? Within what time frame?

Returns of goods are possible within 14 days with a completed form and a receipt – only if the product has NOT been used and sent in the original packaging. If you have any questions, write us at eshop@goemotion.eu. Electric scooters, electric bikes, controllers, displays, batteries and chargers are not subject to exchange.

How do I make an appointment for a repair with you?

No need to make an appointment – ​​come straight to our authorized service every day – from 10:00 to 20:00.

What speed do electric bikes reach?

It depends on many factors. In the GO E-motion store you will find different bikes, some of which reach up to 25, up to 45, and others up to 55 km/h.

What speed do electric scooters reach?

Each model develops different speeds – the budget options between 20 – 30 km/h, the mid-range around 50 km/h, the most powerful between 70 – 110 km/h.

What are your working hours?

We work every day from 10:00 to 20:00.

What is the range of electric scooters with 1 battery charge?

The range of a battery is determined by its capacity, the speed at which the scooter is ridden, the slope, and the weight of the rider. There are batteries with a range of 20 – 30 km to 100 – 110 km.

What is the range on a single charge of an electric bike battery?

The mileage depends on many things – the bike model, the type and condition of the battery, the terrain, the weight, etc. For more information, we recommend that you look at the technical parameters of the bike you are interested in in the product description on our website.

How long does delivery take? Which shipping company do you work with?

Delivery is carried out within 1 business day. We work with the courier company Speedy.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Charging always depends on the battery capacity. For more information about the specific technical parameters of a given model, you can read the product description on our website.

Where is your physical store located?

Currently, the store is in the city of Varna. We are located in Mall Varna (35 Georgi Benkovski St.), LEVEL -1 (NEXT TO SWAP Cafe). If you don’t have the opportunity to visit it, order online – we deliver throughout the country.

Can I take it on installments?

Can I send a broken part or scooter for repair?

Of course, we have an authorized service center. Our specialists are always available. Send the part or the scooter to the service center in Varna.

Can I assemble my scooter or bike myself?

Scooters purchased from GO E-motion come with detailed assembly instructions. If you still don’t think you can do it, it’s better to contact a specialist.

Which brands do you offer repairs for?

Our service is authorized by the brands MINIMOTORS, KUKIRIN, VSETT, ENGWE. Our specialists have years of experience and are among the best in Bulgaria, so there is no scooter that we cannot repair. We service all types of electric scooters.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on all electric scooters and electric bikes we sell. We have an authorized service center.
