Delivery method
*Dear customers, the goods are offered in quantities necessary for one household.
- I want to order from Goemotion.bg, how long will it take to receive my shipment?
Orders are delivered depending on the availability of the products (whether they are in stock), the delivery method, and the time the order is registered in our system. The delivery time is usually an average of 1 to 3 business days for goods available in a central warehouse, 1 to 5 business days for goods available in an external warehouse, up to 20 business days for products that are on customer order. If the product cannot be delivered, Goemotion.bg will inform the customer about this. - Can I order an electric scooter with delivery?
No. Currently, the sale of electric scooters and kick scooters is carried out only in Go e-motion centers.
- Can I place an order to a Speedy office?
When finalizing the order, you can indicate both your address and a Speedy office in the relevant location. - Is the delivery of products on the site free?
Products marked with the “Free delivery” symbol have the option of free delivery – to an office or machine of the courier company “Speedy”. If the product is not received more than once, the user pays all courier costs for transportation for his future orders, the price of which is determined by Goemotion.bg on the Goemotion.bg platform and is provided as preliminary information.

– Services are offered for single-package shipments with a maximum tariff weight per package of up to 50 kg. or for multi-package shipments with a maximum tariff weight of the shipment up to 100 kg., with a maximum length of a package in a shipment (the largest length) 3 m.
– For shipments consisting of one or more packages with a single tariff weight over 50 kg., an additional fee is charged for Heavy Package. For such shipments, the tariff weight is the higher between the volumetric and actual.
– Heavy Package is in the amount of 20 BGN excluding VAT and is charged to the tariff price for the respective package service for each package in the shipment that has a declared or control-measured tariff weight over 50 kg. 1 package cannot weigh more than 50kg, and the entire shipment is no more than 100kg in total
- How can I pay for the order?
When creating an order, select the payment type “Cash on delivery”. - Can I inspect the shipment?
All our shipments have the “Inspection” option included, which allows the recipient to open and inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier and verify its contents before accepting it. - When will I receive my shipment?
On weekdays, orders placed by 16:30 are processed on the same day. Our employee will contact you for confirmation, after which the shipment is sent for delivery. Orders placed on Saturday are accepted and shipped until 12:00 p.m. - In the event of inaccurate or incorrect data provided by the User for the delivery address, resulting in the goods being sent to the wrong address, the costs of the courier service for redirecting the shipment are at the expense of the User.
